Cardiff Met's postgraduate column asks for 12th HSSC English at 70% from the Lahore, Federal or Karachi board as well as a degree from a listed university with a letter confirming it was taught in English. It lists Bahria for Islamabad. The list also names a "University of Engineering and Technology" without saying which one. Applicants without a bachelor's degree (for example with an HND or ACCA) need a Secure English Language Test.

Never pay for an MOI letter

An MOI letter only ever comes from your own university. A letter bought from anyone else is a false document. Nobody can sell you an IELTS waiver: only the university abroad decides.
