Conditions

Case by case, and only for a full four-year bachelor's degree. NTU limits some institutions to certain campuses: Bahria (Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad), COMSATS (Islamabad and Lahore), NUST (Islamabad), UMT (Lahore), UET (Lahore) and the University of the Punjab (Allama Iqbal and Quaid-e-Azam campuses). Without the letter, NTU asks for IELTS or another test it accepts.

Never pay for an MOI letter

An MOI letter only ever comes from your own university. A letter bought from anyone else is a false document. Nobody can sell you an IELTS waiver: only the university abroad decides.
