- What the university says
- Suffolk says a degree taught in English at or above UK bachelor's standard waives its English test requirement, and lists more than 60 Pakistani universities that hold an approved waiver.
Degree with an MOI letter·Master's
Conditions
Degrees shorter than four years are excluded. A degree awarded in the five years before your course starts gets the waiver automatically; one awarded five to ten years before is considered case by case, and an MOI letter is encouraged; older degrees get no waiver. The waiver cannot be used for Professional Health programmes. Suffolk lists Bahria for its Islamabad campus. Its list also names an "Institute of Management Sciences", "Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University" and three colleges whose degrees are awarded by other universities; check the page for these. If your university is not listed, Suffolk has a waiver form that your university must stamp. The page does not tie the waiver to a study level.

The university's own page and your offer letter are the final word. These rules change with each intake, and a university can still ask for a test for some courses, so read the official page before you apply. 47 Fellows is not connected to these universities and never charges students.
Never pay for an MOI letter
An MOI letter only ever comes from your own university. A letter bought from anyone else is a false document. Nobody can sell you an IELTS waiver: only the university abroad decides.
