Universities abroad that say on their own pages they accept a Pakistani degree taught in English (shown with a Medium of Instruction letter), or your Intermediate or O level English grade, instead of an IELTS score. Each entry says what the university's page says, with the date we read it.
List checked 23 October 2026.
A Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter comes from your own university, usually the registrar or the controller of examinations, and says your degree was taught and examined in English. Each university abroad decides whether it accepts one, from which Pakistani universities, and how old it can be.
The university's own page and your offer letter are the final word. These rules change with each intake, and a university can still ask for a test for some courses, so read the official page before you apply. 47 Fellows is not connected to these universities and never charges students.
